Of those, the ones I've put in the "Best Demonstrations" Channel are the best for learning, and I recommend them for their simple clarity. If you're a beginner, I heartily recommend you start with these demonstrations. Whether you've done the routine one or one thousand times, you can always learn something new by watching an expert.

here). The camera angles really help you see the fine points of the forms. I have entered descriptions of
the form or forms taught in the video. If you are open to not
understanding what is being said in Chinese, and can just watch what is being
demonstrated, I think you can learn a lot from these, as there is a lot
