Video Gallery

The 5 "channels" in this video gallery below now (in the pull-down menu below at right) contain 40 videos.

Of those, the ones I've put in the "Best Demonstrations" Channel are the best for learning, and I recommend them for their simple clarity. If you're a beginner, I heartily recommend you start with these demonstrations. Whether you've done the routine one or one thousand times, you can always learn something new by watching an expert.

NOTE: YouTube videos can 'disappear' from availability from time to time, then later 'reappear.' If you find a broken YouTube link, please use the contact form on the "This Website" page to let me know, so I can remove the video's link. -- CT

NOTE: There are 15 CCTV videos with Chinese-language-only audio, but are very informative. The Pics & Demos page of this website has the CCTV videos linked directly to the form to which it relates (and you may find that easier than going through them here). The camera angles really help you see the fine points of the forms. I have entered descriptions of the form or forms taught in the video.  If you are open to not understanding what is being said in Chinese, and can just watch what is being demonstrated, I think you can learn a lot from these, as there is a lot of repetition.

* Be sure to use the CHANNELS pull-down at the right below to find the group of videos you want.
